• Necessary to convert Bluetooth/infrared signal
• Agents can purchase from Agent Services
• 49.95 applicable tax
• Board can purchase at discounted price of 44.95
• 1 year warranty

eKEY fob

• When ready to use, press and hold until blue LED
  comes on
• Blue LED displays while searching for bluetooth
• Green LED displays while communicating with iBox
• Red LED displays when eKEY fob batteries are low

• Uses AAA batteries
• Batteries need to be replaced when red light
  displays
• Use screwdriver to remove battery cover

BlackBerry Navigation Basics

• Trackball
• Roll the trackball to highlight an item
• Click (press) the trackball to select an item
• Menu button
• Press Menu button to open the menu on a screen
• Press Menu button to show list of applications
• Back button
• To close a menu or go back one screen

Installing eKEY on BlackBerry

• Installed from Browser on BlackBerry
• Go to www.ekeymobile.com
• Select Download Supra eKEY link
• If asked to confirm permission changes, press
  Menu button and Save

Authenticating eKEY software

• Launch eKEY application
• Enter 30-digit authorization code

Updating

• As long as BlackBerry is turned on and in cell
  coverage, eKEY will remain updated
• If expired, it will update when eKEY application
  is opened
• Key updates automatically after key container
  opening or shackle release
• Can manually update Press Menu and select Update
  Key

Pairing BlackBerry and eKEY fob

• Similar to pairing other Bluetooth device
• Only needs to be done once
• Automatically tries to pair first time you Obtain
  Key or Release Shackle
• Enter passkey 0000

• Select Obtain Key
• Enter PIN
• Check if CBS is reqd
• Press trackball
• Power on eKEY fob
• Once green light is on, point eKEY fob at iBox
• Key updates

• Feedback prompts if turned on in iBox

• Select Open Shackle
• Enter shackle code
• Press trackball to Enter
• Uncheck if dont want to add keybox to inventory
• Power on eKEY fob
• Once green light is on, point eKEY fob at iBox
