Gravitational Physics Thesis Prize
  • 2008 prize awarded to Julian Sonner, of the
    University of Cambridge for his thesis entitled
    Aspects of Classical and Quantum Brane
    Dynamics.

Nuclear and Particle Physics Divisional Prize
  • The Nuclear and Particle Physics Division Prize
    shall be awarded for important recent advances in
    research, on a specific topic relevant to physics
    supported by the Division, which have been
    published within the previous 5 years. The prize
    winner will be invited to give a talk at an
    appropriate conference organised by the Institute
    of Physics.
