• Pay attention to format/readability
• Put yourself in the hiring managers shoes what
  can you bring to the workplace to help solve
  their problems?
• Dont put it in the resume if it doesnt sell
  burgers
• Keep resume to one page

• For submittal to companies when you are sending
  with a letter to a PO Box (and you know they scan
• Key words are most important
• On-line format
• Must be text only, no bold, no underlines, no
  bullets, no italics, no odd spacing
• Lead with most important criteria for recruiter
  to consider
