• Occurs in hot and humid climates
• a.k.a. prickly heat
• Happens when sweat glands get clogged
• Uncomfortable rash develops

• Caused by lack of salt or sodium in the body
• Persons that sweat profusely and drink large
  quantities of water are at high risk of heat
  cramps

• Person will experience weakness or fatigue
• Will still sweat but will suffer from nausea
  and/or headache
• Skin will be clammy and moist but complexion will
  be pale

  caused by extensive heat
• Skin will be hot, dry, red or spotted and
  temperature can reach 105 or higher
• Can result in brain damage or death
