Racks, Locking Bars and Tickets

• We offer a full range of ancillary products to
  augment the TwinBin range
• Locking Bars These strips fit onto TwinBins
  which prevent users accesing parts from the
  reserve chamber.
• Removable Tickets a choice of five colours
  allow easy identification of parts
• Rack Headers Easy identifcation of racks is
  available with these easy to fit, slide on
  headers. They also prevent FOD to collect on the
  top of the racks.
• Collection trays These removable trays allow
  any droppages to be collected, preventing FOD
  spilling to the floor. Empty parts bags can be
  placed here.

When the bottom chamber has been depleted and the
slider has been pulled, the Red Flag
automatically pops up indicating the product
needs to be restocked.

Your stores manager scans the TwinBin for
reordering and sets the Red Flag to partial
Yellow. This indicates that the TwinBin has
been actioned (scanned).

The reserve chamber has now been reordered, the
flag is reset to original position and the cycle
continues.

TagBin the latest RFID version of TwinBin

• TagBin signals whenever the slider is pulled
• Bins no longer have to be physically examined
• When the slider is pulled, the RFID tag is
  exposed
• Status is determined either by using fixed
  readers in real-time or by walk-by using a
  portable reader
