Bibliography - First line flush on the left, and the second line
and all other lines are indented five (5) spaces. - 2.Note punctuation and follow exactly. When you
use Citation Machine it does it for you! - 3. If required information, like author, is not
available, leave it out. - 4. Arrange all citations in one list by alpha
order.
