  • Joint venture B/W Fauji foundation and Halder
    Topsoe A/S of the Denmark.
  • Initial Capital at the time of incorporation was
    Rs. 813.9 millions.
  • Production of Urea in 1982 with annul capacity of
    570000 metric tons.
  • De-Bottle Necking program.
  • FFC as a major participant in the production of
    fertilizer in along with the leading institutions
    of the Pakistan.
  • FFC acquired the Pak Saudi Fertilizer(PSFL) from
    the NFC through privatization.
