Capacity purchases

• An Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) can be
  purchased by licensed International Operators in
  specific paths.
• IRU for the commercial life span of the cable is
  available in VC12, VC3, VC4 half capacity
  units.
• A Cable Station Right of Use (ROU) cost applies
  at the IRU access point/s.
• OM charges is based on real cost and system
  utilisation.
• Restoration is not automatically included and
  needs to be separately arranged, pending
  availability.
