  throughout America, Europe and Asia.

  the Transitional Officer, at TLC Vision
  Corporation St. Louis, MO.
• Kevin was responsible for the transition of the
  finance and accounting functions from the Toronto
  based TLC team to the St. Louis based Laser
  Vision team.
• Managed the process of all public filings.
