  • Manager need not wait to give feedback to
    reportees on Mid term or Annual basis. It can
    be given on regularly and immediately against
    their set KRAs and Competencies
  • Allows manager to create and assign specific
    tasks as action items to be closed by the
    employee before the next evaluation
  • Detailed analytical reports that show an
