  • Proposed pricing models were suggested
  • Interest expressed by over 20 libraries initially

  • Primarily that of facilitator/arbitrator for the
    project

  • Included responsibilities of SOLS and libraries
    collection ownership payment and voting
  • SOLS invoices libraries, calls meetings and
    conference calls
