• He takes charge of development and production of
  59 national high and new technology products, and
  develops 4 major kinds, 26 items of high and new
  technology new industries with high capacity to
  earn money, such as microwave carbon tester,
  DuPont NOMEX insulation technology dry-type
  transformer, high temperature resistant
  liquid-immersed power transformer, high efficient
  and low cost solar cells and so on.
• He leads the CEEG RD and Management group,
  cooperates with DuPont to initially develop and
  design many hi-tech pilot products, such as SG
  series of dry-type transformer, SRN high
  temperature resistant transformer, and KBSG mine
  explosion-proof transformer, etc. It takes 4
  years to reach and exceed 40 years' technical
  level of international products of the same kind,
  so as to push technical upgrade of the
  traditional industry.

  joined CEEG in January 2007 ,bringing more than
  20 years international experience in sales,
  marketing and management, Prior to joining CEEG,
  Stephen has worked in DUPONT for more than 15
  years, in a variety of senior management roles.

• Mr. Cai is the owner of CEEG shanghai, a
  subsidiary of CEEG Group, He led CEEG overseas
  sales team, make inroads into the Europe market
  ,and occupy the a considerable mainstream market
  share there.He proposed photovoltaic industry
  integration strategy early in 2008. In April
  2008,he formally began to put forward the process
  of photovoltaic integration strategy.

• Dr. Zhao Jianhua came from NSWU Solar Science
  Research Centre. He is dedicated to the research
  and promotion of high performance silicon solar
  cell.
• Dr. Zhao keeps the world silicon cell (mono)
  conversion efficiency record of 24.6.
• Develop the SE Cells in Commercial productions.
  (Average efficiency will be above17.2 from 2008)
• Cooperate with Sunpower to develop the n-type
  Cells (Average efficiency will be above 19.3),
  Commercial productions will begin at shanghai
  December 2009.
