Library Goals
  • 1. Provide online access to the full text of
    the ESSA Journals and TIROS documents by the end
    of FY09. This will support activities related to
    the 50th Anniversary of TIROS and the 40th
    Anniversary of NOAA in 2010.
  • 2. Online access to historical tornados and
    Mississippi flood documents as a result of this
    years record number of storms.
