Jason Walker Victoria BC was a Registered
Clinical Counselor in Victoria from 2008 to 2010
and he provided health and wellness
multi-disciplinary services to people. Prior to
this, he started serving as Adjunct Professor at
the University of Victoria from 2005 till 2010.
Since 2010, he has been working as a Consultant
at ESP Consulting Ltd., William Lake. Some of
his other appointments include Hospital
Administrator, Research/Teaching Assistant at the
University of Calgary, Leader Quality
Accreditation at Vancouver Island Health
Authority, Project Manager with Capital Health

Victoria. He provides human resource and
corporate solutions to an array of operational
and policy issues. He mainly focuses at research,
human resource issues, policy and investigations
that include bullying and harassment. For his
consistent dedication and excellent performance,
he received many prestigious awards such as the
Long Service Medal The Order of St. John, the
Blue and Gold Circle Award - The University of
Victoria, the Meritorious Certificate from the
Priory of Canada for Life Saving, the TD/Canada

social/behavioral sciences, people management,

industrial organizational psychology, operations
and emergency services. Jason Walker Victoria
BC is an honored member of the Society for
Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the
Society for Human Resource Management. He has
also held positions with The Canadian Association
of Public Health, The Canadian College of Health
Services Executives (CHE), The Canadian
Association of Epidemiology and Biostatistics
(CEBA), The Canadian Hospital Infection Control
Association, National Committee and more. Jason
is the Director of the Shawnigan Lake Residence
Association, a member of the BC Human Resource
Management Association.

Jason Walker Victoria BC completed his education
from some of the prestigious educational
institutions of the country. He enrolled at the
University of Victoria, CAD, before he got
himself transferred to the McMaster University,
Hamilton, CAD in order to earn his Bachelor of
Arts degree with Hon. BA PSYCH. In 2002, he
completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
from the University of Toronto. Later, he studied
at the University of Calgary, Calgary, CAD for
his Doctor of Philosophy, Social Work (All But
Dissertation). Presently, he is pursuing his PhD
at Northcentral University where he is studying
Industrial Organizational Psychology. For more
