  • When a redundant power supply is connected to a
    common load, you need a voting device, SS822, to
    combine two outputs into one via diodes
  • The CPU module does has no requirement for a UPS
  • It has a 5 ms reservoir to safely shutdown
  • The power supply handles short power
    interruptions (lt20 ms)

    galvanically isolated by optocouplers

    class 1 and up to two of them can be installed on
    the AC 800C controller
