• UseCase 1 CRA can modify or delete a specimen
  at their institution provided it hasnt shipped.
• UseCase 2 CRA Can modify a shipment to retrieve
  a specimen to their institution, provided the
  shipment hasnt been received.

• UseCase 3 LABTECH Can modify a shipment
  information prior to being received, shipper
  receives email notification.
• UseCase 4 LABTECH Can modify a shipment
  contents by deleting a specimen, prior to
  receipt. The specimen is returned to the
  originating institution. ( Email notification is
  not sent for the deleted specimen when the
  shipment is received)
