Ms. Rucker called Crystals mother and she came up
to the school. In a flash, the whole class had
found out what happened. Ms. Rucker took the
opportunity to have a class discussion on body
image to realize how important it is to recognize
that everyone is different and unique. Students
were very emotional and started to cry.

Its ok to cry class. When our insecurities take
over us, they can overcome us for the worst. I
hope we have all learned from today. The
classroom is a family, and we must respect one
another and our differences.
