Hi, I'm Buster. I'm going to tell you about the
time I went with my family to Bermuda. We had a
fun time. We took an airplane, but I was worried
about flying.

We were on our way to Bermuda. We left the house
at 5 in the morning, and I was sleepy.

I was so sleepy because we stayed up late
packing. Thats my buddy, Sam.
We had to pack our clothes, toothbrushes and
tooth paste and our swimsuits and snacks.

We drove a long way until we saw big airplanes.
They were taking off and landing a lot. They made
a lot of noise.

When we go to the airport, everyone has to go
through security. They make sure bad people dont
get on planes.
When Sam went through the metal detector, it made
a beeping sound. He forgot about his toy car,
oops!

At the airport, there may be soldiers who look
like this. Dont worry, they are here to protect
you.

I was afraid to get on an airplane. It could
crash, or run out of gas.
This is the airplane we went on. It was really
big inside.

The flight attendants showed us how to buckle our
seat belts. They also brought us a snack.

The captain said we would safely land in Bermuda
in no time. That helped me feel better.

When we took off, the plane made a noise. I was
scared but the flight attendant said it was the
landing gear going up.

When we landed in Bermuda, I felt better. A big
fancy car came to pick us up. There were palm
trees and pretty birds.

We had fun going to the beach and building sand
castles. The water was blue and warm. We swam a
lot too.

After many days of fun, we had to go home. So we
went back to the airport and did it all again. I
felt really good about flying because I now know
what happens.
