    poor health choices such as being physically
    inactive and eating an unhealthy diet these
    choices have led to a tremendous obesity
    epidemic.

    day to promote good health. Even thirty to sixty
    minutes of activity broken into smaller segments
    of 10 or 15 minutes throughout the day has
    significant health benefits.
