LIKE A MEXICAN WOLF. IT IS SIMILAR TO A MEXICAN
WOLF BUT LIVES IN THE UNITED STATES.

REGURGITATE IT AND THE YOUNG EATS, ESPECIALLY
WHEN THERE IS NO FOOD TO EAT.

WOLVES MOSTLY EAT CARIBOU, SNOW HARE, MOOSE, AND
MOSTLY ANY MEAT THEY CAN GET THEIR PAWS ON.
9 WOLVES HUNT MOSTLY DURING THE DAY. THEY HUNT
CARIBOU, SNOW HARES, MUSK OXEN AND ANY MEAT THEY
CAN FIND TO EAT.
WOLVES HUNT IN PACKS. THEY DONT HUNT ALONE
BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT IF THEY HUNT ALONE THEY
COULD GET HURT OR EVEN DIE.
10MOST WOLVES TRAVEL IN PACKS. WHEN IT IS SPRING
FEMALE WOLVES MATE AND HAVE YOUNG. THE BABIES
USUALLY DONT HUNT OR GO OUT OF THE DEN UNTIL A
MONTH AFTER BIRTH.
11 DOGS, COYOTES, AND DOGS ARE ANCESTORS OF THE
WOLF.
12 AN ADULT WOLF CAN WEIGH AS MUCH AS 40-175
POUNDS. THEY CAN STRETCH AS LONG AS 6 FEET FROM
THE TIP OF ITS NOSE TO THE END OF ITS TAIL.
