Prioritization Our tool gives you the ability to
prioritize individual mentions which puts them in
a list of actionables that can be assigned to
different team members
  • Track term-level curation within a mention
  • In cases where a mention corresponds to multiple
    track terms, you can curate the mention at a
    track-term level. For example, an article
    comparing two brands may paint a positive picture
    for one brand and negative for the other. Our
    tool allows you to curate the same mention
    differently for each brand it corresponds to.
  • Influence of a source
  • Each source is assigned a score which determines
    its influence and veracity. This score is using
    different algorithms based on the source and the
    same determines the rating. of the source with
    respect to other sources.
