    regulatory system for Quality Assessment
    Accreditation.
  • Encouraging private universities to increase
    access to international students (overseas
    students enrolled in undergraduate programs at
    private HEIs represent 33 of the overall
    number)
  • Funding projects for higher education enhancement
    through HEEPF, TEMPUS and the National Fund.
  • Dialogues with advanced HE systems in the field
    of technology and industry to establish
    specialized international universities.
