The assumption of Breakthrough is that the
basic building block of an organization are the
teams. Teams are made up of individuals, and
individuals are complex beings that could make or
break the team. Through the use and values of
Lifo Strength Management Report participants
will manage their individual strengths and make
use of these for the achievement of the goals of
the organization. Also, The growth of an
individual is largely determined by how much
growth the group allows. Hence, the basic unit of
change is the individual, with the support of the
group.

  • What are they expected to accomplish as a
    individuals and groups
  • What each one is doing to bring their group
    closer to the collective goal as prepared leaders
    of the organization
