business, entrepreneurship, marketing,
management psychology. Gaining initial work
experience our staff is able to start their own
business. Café staff are chosen through the
contest, thus knowledge of foreign languages,
communicativeness, ability of carrying
psychological conversations are strongly
noticeable. Staff clothes are in national style,
girls wear atlas clothes with golden fiber, woman
national hats, and men also in a national style
clothes. Café staff is very polite, accurate,
punctual, open-hearted, and honest. According
to the ancient eastern philosophy of hospitality,
our workers greet the guests with Tajik words
Assalomu Alaikum (Peace upon you), Nuri Dida
Toji SAR (Shine of vision crown of head)
welcome, we are glad to greet you in our café.
If our guests ask a tea, not a beverage a
waitress in a hall, first over pour three
times and, then drinks the first Piyola herself.
This tradition comes from old times, from
generation to generation, as a symbol of purity,
reliability and trust. There is a parable behind
us back that. Two soldiers go to a brutal
war. One of them dies in a war and a second
finishing the war comes back home. He first goes
to his friends house to let family know about
their sons death. They first bring a tea and
while having conversation a tragedian event
occurs with soldier and he dies in his friends
house. The reason of this death becomes a
suddenly adding a poison to the tea. When guest
leave, café workers see them off traditionally
with Khush Omaded, Khusbakh Boshed, Boz
biyoed ( You are welcome, Be happy, come again)
11 This is the Hall Mugteppa and the castle we
were talking about. This is the highest point
of town. We welcome you always, Anytime!
