TAI Malawi Outreach Strategy

• Information regarding TAI activities has been
  posted on the CEPA website (http//www.cepamw.com/
  tai.htm) and is being accessed by numerous
  stakeholders nation wide and globally.
• CEPA quarterly newspaper also has a special
  column entitled TAI News that primarily focus
  on updating the general public of the TAI
  progress in Malawi.

Planned Activities

• Finalize data collection across the 4 TAI access
  categories
  
• Finalize entry and analysis of data using version
  1.1 software or commence data entry and analysis
  using the new version 2.0 web based software.
  
• Get research results reviewed by the advisory
  group and other stakeholders and produce a draft
  report.
  
• Correct and revise draft report then edit for
  publishing
  
• Lead outreach effort for report.

Scope of Work for TAI Review Panel

• Attend TAI launch and provide feed back and
  recommendations on selected research case studies
  as well as timelines and methodologies
  
• Responsible for evaluating and monitoring the
  progress of the assessment with the ultimate
  objective of assuring quality control.
  
• Comment on inception reports

Scope of Work for TAI Review Panel

• Assist in data collection in their respective
  institutions to the assessment/research team and
  ensure that any gaps in information are provided
  for
• Participate in reviews of the assessment results
  and provide critical commentary and
  recommendations on the national report
  
• Assist in identifying outreach goals and next
  steps as well as fund raising activities to
  assist in implementing priority activities
  identified by the assessment
• Provide overall quality control and supervision
  in the assessment processes.
