  you shut your Computer off before bed each night,
  youll save an average of 90 worth of
  electricity.
• Go Laptop - A laptop computer draws only 15 to 25
  watts during regular use as compared to the 150
  watts used by a conventional desktop computer and
  monitor
• Switch to a Corded Phone - Cordless phones are
  energy vampires sitting in a recharging cradle
  they suck up power 24-7. So replace a cordless
  phone or two that you don't really need, and
  you'll save energy.
