• Write out steps for each examination (Chua/
  Broadway)
• Answers to favourites
• Get together and practise on each other with
  grilling
• Practise steps on family/ pillow
• Describe random images to each other

REFRACTION

• Have no fear for this art
• Ravi Narus technique
• Come in early/ over lunch/ after clinic
• Undilated patients/ relatives/ every nurse in the
  department/ ANYONE (even consultants!)
• Get numbers under your belt at least 50 complete
  refractions
• Time yourself
• Write everything out as would do in exam
  including near add (see refraction sheet)
