CONCLUSION
  • Nigerian ICT stakeholders, particularly the
youths, the civil society and to a great extent,
    the Obasanjo-led-administration are desirous and
resolute on providing adequate access to
Information Technology and the knowledge economy.
  • Finally, I believe we are all gathered here
today, to establish the collaborative building
blocks for bridging our digital divide and
enthrone knowledge-based society, built on smart
    government of integrity, openness and
transparency. This can be done in collaboration
and partnership with nations and businesses of
like minds to achieve our collective objectives.
