Title: Board of Governors
1Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program
Premier Accredited Center
- Dear Friends of the Northern Virginia Therapeutic
Riding Program, -
- As the leaves fall and the frost gathers, on this
Silver Jubilee of our 25th year, it is once again
time to reflect and give thanks with family and
friends during the holiday season. Looking back
on the many challenges and triumphs of 2004, we
are mindful of the fact that we could not have
achieved so much nor served so many without you.
Thank you for your continued support of NVTRP. -
- Your dedication and investment in NVTRP has
reaped many benefits this year. The ripple effect
of your generosity is incalculable. We can say
without a doubt that in addition to generating
stronger, more flexible bodies, many smiles, and
at times, tears of joy, your support has -
- Enabled approximately 68 children and adults with
disabilities to instruct our horses to walk
on once a week - Created many unique and rewarding experiences
that keep our volunteers working together week
after week, year after year and - Enabled 14 riders to bring honor and success to
themselves and their families at the Therapeutic
Riding Association of Virginias Twelfth Annual
Horse Show. Through their combined efforts, our
riders and volunteers brought the distinction to
NVTRP of being named High Point Center for 2004. -
- Your on-going support and investment has a
meaningful impact on so many special individuals
and their families. As we enter on the 25th year
of NVTRP, please accept our special invitation to
become a Silver Jubilee supporter by contributing
a gift of 100. Your support affects every aspect
of the program, from hay for the horses to
offsetting rider lesson costs, your
tax-deductible donation will help us continue to
embrace our mission and meet the needs of our
community. Please know that whatever amount you
can contribute, your gift is valued. -
- On behalf of our riders, Board of Governors,
volunteers, and staff, please accept our deepest
appreciation for your generosity and unflagging
support. -
- Have a wonderful Holiday Season!
