Baker's Mobile Aire History
In 1971, after working for Pima County facility
maintenance and some air conditioning supply
houses, Jerry Baker saw there would be a
lucrative market in mobile home heating, air
conditioning and service. One year later, Baker's
Mobile Aire incorporated and encompassed regular
residential homes and light commercial buildings
hence, "Since 1972." Jerry Baker has air
conditioned and heated thousands of homes and
offices since that time. He trained many people
in the business of air conditioning, heating and
electric, Including his son. In 1995 Jerry's son
Todd joined the business full time and is now
continuing the tradition of excellence that his
father began so many years ago. Baker's Mobile
Aire is truly family owned and operated since

Heating Air Conditioning system requires
regular maintenance and service to operate safely
and efficiently. Without it, serious problems can
develop and remain undetected until it's too late
and cause you to pay much more to TEP or Trico. A
Precision Tune-up Agreement From Baker's provides
you with regular system upkeep and safety checks.
It's a bi-annual planned Tune-up and safety
check.

• The maintenance completed is designed to meet or
  exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty
  requirements for system maintenance and surpasses
  the recommendations set fourth from Department of
  Energy and most utility companies. A maintenance
  agreement will keep your system running at its

Air Conditioning Repair

• If your air conditioning is not working properly
  try a few of these do it yourself tips before you
  call for AC repair
• Check your filter. If you hold it up to a light
  source like the sun or a light fixture and can't
  see light through it, it is past the time to
  replace it. A blockage caused by a dirty filter
  can cause diminished air flow, or ice build up on
  the coil. Remove the filter, turn the air
  conditioning off, turn the fan switch on your
  thermostat to the on or manual position and allow
  the fan to run for 2 hours to melt any possible
  ice accumulation. Re-try the AC after 2 hours and
  see if this helped.
• Check to make sure your air conditioning and
  furnace has power. Check the breaker in your
  electrical panel. You can also check the outlet
  your furnace is plugged into with a small plug in
  appliance like a radio or table lamp. If it works
  than you know your furnace has power .
• Check to make sure your thermostat batteries have
  been replaced if your thermostat uses them.
