• Newborn Tarantulas do not stay with their
  mothers that long. But their instincts tell them
  to go somewhere else.

What does the Tarantula eat ?
Tarantulas will eat spiders, frogs, lizards,
snakes, and birds.
The insect is paralyzed .

Tarantula Spider

• In their book, Insects of the Southwest,
  entomologists Floyd Werner and Carl Olson call
  tarantulas the "gentle giants of our spider
  world."

The Tarantulas Home or Environment

• Their habitat is mostly a Rainforest. They live
  in dry deserts, and in Mexico, some parts of
  America, and other places.

Protection

• That's right, tarantulas have a few tricks to
  keep them from becoming food.  All tarantulas can
  use their fangs to bite predators who might want
  to eat them.  These bites are venomous, but the
  poison is usually not too strong.  No humans have
  ever been found killed by a tarantula bite. Most
  bites on humans only cause a sore swelling and
  maybe a headache.

• The population is incredible, live in large
  areas, capable of biting, killing, and can be in
  camouflage.
