Tampa Palms
Tampa Palms is the largest community in New
Tampa. It has over 7,000 acres with thousands of
acres of conservation land and many lakes. It is
located approximately 1 mile south of the I-75
exit with Bruce B. Downs Blvd, and about 25-30
minutes from Tampa International Airport and
downtown Tampa.

Tampa Palms Real Estate
This community was started in 1986, but you can
still find new homes in the third phase which is
currently under development. Tampa Palms is
comprised of a number of unique villages, each
with their own unique design and price range.
