    Last resort should be to go to a restaurant/fast
    food spot since the temptations of unhealthy
    options may be too grand for you to ignore. There
    are healthy options that can be found but you do
    have to select carefully and avoid the bacon
    cheeseburgers and fries that may be calling out
    your name.
