World Trade Center

• World Trade Center (WTC) Denver has chosen a
  development squad for its new campus and a
  location in River North Art District. This
  neighborhood is one of the hottest ones in
  Denver. WTC Denver selected Sean Campbell, Trae
  Rigby, and Andrew Feinstein for the development
  of the campus. Sean Campbell co-developed
  Industry located at 3001 Brighton Blvd. Trae
  Rigby is the head of Saunders Commercial
  Development that is a subsidiary of Saunders
  Construction. Andrew Feinstein is an owner of a
  part of the land on which the campus will be
  developed and a co-managing associate of the EXDO
  Event Center.

Development Plans

• Campbell said that the development plans could
  take twelve to eighteen months to beat out with
  the delivery of the first phase expected in 2019.
  He added that there are no proposals submitted to
  the city and financing will come after models are
  firmed up. He revealed that they have numerous
  interested parties and the project is still in
  the early phases. The financing will be
  traditional. The objective of the project is to
  build a mandatory destination that will rival
  Larimer Square and Denver Union Station.

Main Attraction

• The main attraction of the location is the
  proximity of the campus to the upcoming commuter
  rail line linking Denver International Airport
  and Union Station. That will enable foreign
  visitors and tourists easy access from the
  airport to the location with a fast ride
  downtown. The campus can also encompass a lead
  business hotel for foreign visitors with meeting
  space and classrooms to host many events and
  training sessions.
