focused booking approx 3,310 new appointments
booked per month
For the period of April September 2005 743
patients did not respond to patient focused
booking letters and were therefore removed from
the waiting list

the weekly breach extract and offers Service
Managers within the Trust an opportunity to look
at projected PTL Scores based on their patients
with clinic/TCI dates
