HISTORY LeaseFor.com commercial and residential
property locator service founded in 2015, to
assist both buyers, renters and property owners.
In 2014, our founder moved to Atlanta, Georgia
and was looking for a commercial property for his
business. He stumbled upon a commercial property
website and started browsing through the
listings.  After viewing the details of just a
few properties, a popup came across the screen
stating that he could no longer view the listings
unless he joined for a very high monthly
membership fee. There were even higher fees for
real estate agents, brokers and people who wanted
to list their properties for rent or sale. Thus,
LeaseFor.com was created, with a vision to give
both buyers, renters and property owners a
better, free resource to list and search for
