  • Moraiya. kadai me oil le 5 tbsp and jeera dale
    fir hari mirch aur kadi patta dalke half min
    saute kare n pani dale . ab isme ubal aane pe
    sindhav namak dale n moraiya dale cook kare.
  • jab pani sikne lag jae aur thoda rwh jae to ap
    use kuchh der dakke sijne de n 2 min interval pe
    hilate rahe taki bartan pe na chipke. ready hai
    moraiya.
  • Fry Aloo. oil garam karne rakhe cut potayo in
    dice shape. ab fry potato add salt. firstly cook
    on low flame after 4 min cook on high flame. till
    crispy. now take all oil out add black pepper pd
    mix n serve..

  • Dry Fruits Laddo Recipes-
  • Remove seeds from dates and chop them.
  • Dry roast oats, cashewnuts and almonds, shredded
    coconut separately.
  • Coarsely grind dates, oats, cashewnuts and
    almonds separately.
  • Heat pan and add 1 tbsp ghee.

  • Now add grounded oats, cashewnuts, almonds,
    shredded coconut, green cardamom powder. Mix well
    and cook for 2-3 minutes on slow flame. Stir
    continuously.
  • When the mixture starts to come together switch
    off the flame.
  • Transfer the mixture into the large mouth bowl
    and add powdered sugar and some ghee (if required
    for binding). Mix well and allow this mixture to
    cool down.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls like laddu
    and serve when required.
