OUR STORY
Australian face masks has been established in
response to this challenging time faced by the
global community. We are a small family business
and have been in the textile industry,
manufacturing curtains and blinds at our local
factory in Carrum Downs for over 15 years. Our
business, like many other small businesses right
now, is facing multiple challenges to keep our
workers employed. So we wanted to do something
about it.

Right now there is a huge shortage of face masks
in the country. Current manufacturers are
struggling to keep up with the demand to supply
our healthcare industry. The majority of masks
are single use only which requires the
government to stockpile as many as possible to
prepare. Thats why these types of masks are
going to be very hard to come by over the next 6
months. This is where we come in... We wanted
to be able to do our part by manufacturing face
masks for the general population so we can all
work together to help stop the spread of
coronavirus. During the time of illness, it is
important to keep your respiratory system
clean. It should be clear that your respiratory
system is the target of the infection and that

Shipping and Returns Our delivery partner is
Australia post. We endeavour to ship your items
within 24 hours of ordering. You will be notified
via email when your items are shipped which
includes your estimated delivery date.

RETURNS To be eligible for a refund your mask
must be unused, in the same condition that you
received it and be in the original packaging. We
cannot accept returns on orders that have been
used or opened due to obvious hygiene
reasons. Unused masks can be returned within 30
days from delivery for a full refund. Any item
not in its original condition, damaged or missing
parts for reasons not due to our error will not
be refunded. If you have a defective or damaged
mask due to our error, then we will happily
exchange it for a new one.
