• Skin contact may cause extreme cold. Since it is
  exceptionally cold, it can almost instantly
  freeze human flesh.
• Even worse than holding your hand against the

  fridge, liquid-nitrogen-cooled items may stick to
  the skin and tear away when you attempt to remove
  the object.
• Using forceps or tweezers to detach bottles or
  storage canes.
