Can I cancel Groupon purchase?

• Like any other good or service you have
  purchased, you can cancel your Groupon order or
  request a refund. However, before you can learn
  to cancel a Group or apply for a refund, you need
  to understand how the Groupon works and under
  what circumstances you are eligible for
  cancellation or refund.

Am I eligible for a Groupon refund?

• A Group Refund Policy is something you should
  always keep in mind when trying to get a refund
  for your Group. All Groups fall under four
  different categories and each of these categories
  has a different policy
• Local Specials Refunds can be returned within
  three days of purchase
• Group Discounts Refunds available until
  booking date
• Group Assets Can be refunded within 30 days from
  the date of delivery
• Groupon Live Cannot be refunded before purchase
  date, unless event is cancelled or rescheduled

How to Cancel Groupon

• Once you have identified which category your
  Group falls into and decided whether you are
  eligible to cancel, you can proceed with the
  cancellation process and receive a refund. Open
  your favourite browser and go to Groupon. Select
  Sign In. Enter your details and choose to sign
  in. Once signed in to your account, select My
  Stuffgt My Groupons. Select view details. Select
  Edit. Order on the left side of the page. Select
  the option cancel Order on the left side of the
  screen. Then select that, I would like to cancel
  my purchase, then press Cancel order. You may
  also be told for confirmation select and
  confirm.

How Do I Get My Own Groupon Property Back?

• Cancellation of Groupon Goods works differently
  from any other categories. If you decide to
  cancel your order before it is shipped, the
  process is almost the same. However, if your
  order has already been shipped, the steps change
  slightly.
• Follow the steps above with the Group Cancel
  Order cancellation process. After that, select
  Restore Package. Print paid preview. Paste the
  label on the package and return it to Groupon.
  After the money is processed, you receive an
  email from the Group entitled Your Refund Money
  Has Been Used.

How to Sell Your Group?

• If you miss the time allowed to process your
  cancellation, you can sell your voucher. Contact
  Groupon to enable the Trade In Voucher option.
  Select My Itemsgt My Groups and select Trade In
  Voucher. Click Confirm to confirm the completion
  of the trade.
