    Bulgaria.

    are unaccessible communications, stigmas,
stereotypes, loss of knowledge about disabiliy
and people with disability needs, loss of
    knowledge about their needs.

  • The most typical barriers of institutional
    environment are poverty, insufficient benefits,
    uneffective and unsupportative legislations for
    people with disability, unaccesible education,
loss of encouraging policies for employers.

15
  • Why to employ person with disability?
  • As it is very hard to find a job, they are
motivated not to loose it and are responsible and
    loyal workers.
  • Financial benefits for the employer providing
    subsidated working places.

16
  • We have to look at persons skills and
    qualification first, not at disability.
  • Responsibility as a member of society.

17
