Conclusions
  • In an unequal and heterogeneous country like
    Brazil, Bandeira Cientifica project and its
    strategy allying science and assistance is
    helpful not just for the city but, specially in
    forming professionals aware of their countrys
    problems and motivating them to work on the
    solutions.
