INTEGRATED CONCEPT TEAM (ICT)
  • The purpose is to develop concepts and define
    capabilities, and to determine modernization
    requirements, rationale, costs, and strategy
    across the Doctrine, Training, Leader,
    Organization, Materiel, and Soldier (DTLOMS)
    domains
  • ICT complements the Integrated Product Team (IPT)
by formation of ICT early in the concept
development process enabling transition IPT when
a materiel requirement receives MS I approval
  • ICT brainstorm concepts from both visionary and
practical perspectives, with the goal of
    shortening the requirements determination process
    by providing better earlier focus.
  • Participation by the science and technology
communities gives the ICT an awareness of the
possible, precluding the pursuit of dead end
    requirements.
  • Each ICT will leverage support from academia,
    contractors, joint community, and other
    government agencies
  • AMEDD has five ICT Casualty Care Medical
Evacuation Medical Logistics C4I and Medical
