2Once upon a time
in a tiny little houselocated in a cozy
suburbfar from the madding crowd of the Big
Smoke
there lived a family of Ms.
3There was a Dada M
- He stood over 6 feet tall
- 63 to be exact
- He could hit a golf ball 275 yards
- at least, thats what he told everyone
- He went to work everyday looking very
distinguished -
4and a Mama M
- She had crazy red hair
- her sisters said it came from a rusty brain
- She hated cooking
- although she could make a mean meatball surprise
- She quit her job in order to stay home and
scrapbook
5and a little Baby M.
- She only ate pizza and chocolate
- no wonder she was so little
- She loved to do arts crafts
- Pottery was her favorite
- She was an only, lonely, child
-
6One day, Baby M asked
Please, please, please, can I have a baby
brother?
Mama M and Dada M looked at each other in horror
and simultaneously shouted out, NO!
Then can I have dog?, she pleaded.
Thinking the dog the lesser of two evils, Mama M
and Dada M reluctantly agreed, and off to the dog
pound they went.
7At the SPCA
I have the perfect dog for you, proposed the
lady behind the counter.
She pointed to a sad looking beagle lying
mournfully in a wire cage.
- Taken in by the beagles soulful brown eyes, the
3Ms looked at each other and nodded. - Sold , they exclaimed.
8Unbeknownst to the unsuspecting family, beagles
are a very interesting breed

9Not long after the beagle came to live with the
3Ms, her true nature surfaced.
10Who scratched the door to the laundry
room?,roared Dada M.
Who tore the garbage apart and spread it all
over the kitchen?, cried Mama M.
Who ate all my Christmas chocolate?, wept Baby
M.
11Back to the pound you go!, shouted all three.
12The beagle felt wretched about her abominable
behaviour.
- She hung her head in shame.
- She cowered submissively on the floor.
- She rolled over on her back.
- She gazed pleadingly at the 3Ms.
13 14Mama M and Dada M looked at one another, and both
spoke at once
Were definitely keeping this dog!
And thats the true story of how the 3Ms and the
beagle became a family.
