more educators. - REEs will be more specialized and able to do more
in-depth local programming. - Programs will be stronger and more focused due to
competition. - Entrepreneurial program efforts will encourage
more ag/hort/food programs desired by audiences. - Fee-based programs result in high quality
programs.

- Creation of County Extension Directors intended
to take political/administrative workload off of
REEs. - Allows REEs to devote majority of time to
programming. - Fewer hats for REEs to wear, enable you to be
more focused.
