Required changes are Postmaster must be notified
of request and permission to withdraw and dispose
of mail. Dont deliver before message is
problematic. If mailing arrives more than two
days before in-home, post office cannot hold.
Mailers may not like Last day of Value, its
negotiable.

- Attach facing slip to each package of mail with
contact info - Date after which mail is not to be delivered
- Authorizes withdrawal, but not disposal

destinating office - Letter sent before mail entry provides specifics
