• Annual Fee 100,000.00.
• Assumed all campus distance learning enrollments
  at 20 of existing enrollment and not including
  Wal-Mart potential.
• 11,000 X 20 2,200 students/semester
• 4,400 students per year X 50 220,000
• Once UALR reaches an agreed upon plateau of
  student enrollments, the Annual Fee would be
  proportionately paid back.
