Methodology

Scope and Limitations
  • All types of GEF supported activities in the
    country at all stages of the project cycle and
    implemented by all GEF Agencies in all focal
    areas, including the Small Grants Programme.
  • The main focus of the evaluation will be
    nationally implemented projects.
  • Status of project determines focus completed
    (all themes) under implementation (relevance,
    partial performance, and potential outcomes).
