Strategic Plan Update - Document Revision Plan

• Move color maps to an appendix generally not
  republish maps
• Without color maps, the remainder of the
  document is portable and can easily be
  reproduced
• Create black and white 8 1/2 by 11 versions
  of the maps to include
• in the main document body
• Loose leaf binding to allow change page updates
• Currently planning November 00 publication
