- It is the responsibility of every student to
notify Registrar Services of any change in name
or address. - Failure to do so can cause delay in receiving
grades and other important correspondence.
12Change of Academic Major
- Step 1 Meet with current advisor

- Step 2 Complete Change of Curriculum form.
- Students who are on Financial Aid are allowed 2
curriculum changes only.
13Withdrawal Procedures
- A student may
- add a course without penalty during the first
three (3) days - drop a course during the first five (5) days of
the semester. - Withdrawal after first week of classes is the
students responsibility
