Change of Name or Address
  • It is the responsibility of every student to
    notify Registrar Services of any change in name
    or address. 
  • Failure to do so can cause delay in receiving
    grades and other important correspondence.

  • Step 1 Meet with current advisor

  • Step 2 Complete Change of Curriculum form. 
  • Students who are on Financial Aid are allowed 2
    curriculum changes only.

Withdrawal Procedures
  • A student may
  • add a course without penalty during the first
    three (3) days
  • drop a course during the first five (5) days of
    the semester. 
  • Withdrawal after first week of classes is the
    students responsibility
